The house on Dundonald was demolished a few weeks ago and the site is now covered in grass.

If they put signage up I hope they use a more playful font than last time.

Money is dirt cheap right now which is great for high quality borrowers. And by the time this project is finished in 3 to 5 years, all the current problems should be well behind us.

The house at 14 Dundonald has been completely demolished. I believe this paves the way for permits to be issued for above ground construction at 1 Bloor.

There's a small spot at the north end of the site. Just big enough to accommodate a tractor trailer.
