Looks like an upsized version of the Fuse Condos at Dupont & Lansdowne. It's an uninspiring output by Arcadis, but DBS likely commissioned for something that is ultra basic.

The podium would've been 15 to 20% less bad if they used a red cladding material instead of this lifeless grey.
