^ Would be wonderful to see a renovated and upgraded Sherway Gardens include a subway extension for the Bloor/Danforth line. There's so much potential for property redevopment in the area but a subway extension is necessary to entice the developers.

If a condo or office tower is ever built on this corner, it should be called Sheppard/Yonge Place due to it's proximity to the subway.

This really is the key to families not choosing condo living. I have been living in a condo for over a decade; from single life, to married life and now with a child. Now I'm paying rather large condo fees for our 2 + den. I've come to the point where I just can't pay the condo fees anymore...
