With a podium like that... Yonge/Sheppard possibly. It looks to me like a project you might see in Southcore, Liberty Village or maybe even Humber Bay. Thankfully, we don't see podiums like this on downtown Yonge.

That balcony tapering effect really missed the mark. Very awkward design.

These buildings are embarrassing but being surrounded by such sexy towers (Delta, Ice, etc), certainly doesn't help either.

I drove by here a couple of weeks ago. It does feel a bit imposing compared to the neighbouring buildings but if clad properly, it will be a landmark for the neighbourhood. When looking up at it, I felt both excited and nervous, not knowing how the finished product will look. I have my...

Please share. I would say Yonge/Queen and Yonge/Dundas would be good locations also. Anywhere along Bloor in Yorkville would good as well.
