i've always thought that old dirt and or any goes to the cement factories to make or mix concrete..

i guess limited funding on this building.. so poorly done..

And so some one should check another site 440 Dufferin St. just as big or is longer thank you... and also just counted over 100 trucks sat. from 10 - 2 pm and stopped counting but i missed many more they must have started from 7 or 8 am .. and keep on coming and going dump trucks..3 pm...
