It would be appreciated if you would kindly direct me to the excerpt in which any architect attests to the inherent beauty of the Manulife, the Cumberland Terrace, that eyesore at the north west corner of Bay and Bloor, or any of those brown buildings on Charles St. Please do enlighten me.

I'm referring to the Manulife Centre as well as the grotesque apartments in the surrounding area. I think the Manulife Centre is hideous, like a lot of the concrete bunkers in the area.

As I was walking up Yonge today towards Bloor I thought, wow, Crystal Blu sure looks great. Its exciting to see two new developments side by side. They both really put the nearby Russian gulag-type architecture to shame. Then I thought...I wonder why some sourpusses feel the need to log on to...
