No offense intended, but I'm genuinely curious... what projects in this city do you actually like? You seem to be very critical of almost every project. (Full disclosure I'm a big Teeple fan)

Wow I had no idea this one was already above ground level. I guess this is what happens when you don't pay attention to a project because it's painfully bland.

You can't really say that what's on this site now is a winner either. I don't love block-size podiums but it's hard to say that this will make this stretch of Yonge worse.

There has been relatively recent and legitimate news so it's not unreasonable for there to be an ongoing discussion in this thread.

Two of the units are about 4,000 sf. No dry cleaner or nail salon is taking that much space.

I wouldn't call 11,000 sf a small amount of retail.
