Only way I'd accept this building being touched is if they carried the exact same materials and design of the existing building all the way to the top, rather than just slapping up some glass tower.

So looking at this project, the Grid, 411 Church, Halo and 55 Charles East, I guess P+S/IBI producing better looking designs than aA is a thing now. Might be some kind of Face/Off scenario going on.

For as poor as the details and the materials are, and as poor as the design is, at least they attempted some kind of identifiable gesture here. I give them credit for that.

It's become evident that the choice of colour here is quite drab. It would have been nice if they went with a slightly brighter red.

I love that this tower is helping to fill in the gap in the skyline between Queen & Gerrard.

While 55% of the condo units themselves may be sold, if there is a retail and hotel component then for financing purposes those parts of the building would also count as having been "sold".
