I really appreciate you letting us know about the pitfalls of using the wrong cleaner on the marble. Good luck getting the etching removed.

Appreciate your response. I’m hopeful some of the shoddy work will be repaired or replaced before I move in, but I’m guessing there’s much to be done in the other condos as well.

I just received my PDI on Feb. 17 for occupancy date of Feb. 23.There were quite a few defects - scratched tiles in the bathroom, missing grout on some of the bath wall tiles, scratches on the floor in the bathroom, vanity shelves damaged, gap in window frame, etc. I’m really disappointed with...

The address was recently changed to 38 Iannuzzi Street from 65 Magazine Street. As for move in dates, my condo on level 21, 25th floor will be ready on Feb. 23. So my best guess is all units will be available by March 15. I hope this helps.

It is ridiculous that condo owners can’t go to the PDI, there is no logical reason for this. On another note, according to my correspondence with ONNI, the PDI rep is supposed to include photos in their report. It’s is actually underlined in the PDI info paragraph that photos will accompany the...

Whoa, that’s unacceptable, very shoddy work! I haven’t received my keys yet so I can’t comment if I have the same issues, but thank you for the heads-up on this.

I’m on the 25th floor (level 22?) I haven’t heard anything. I’m hoping for a March move in date.

Thank you for all the photos. Those lockers appear small, is that the standard sized for condo lockers? Thanks.

I just received notification from Onni that the revised tentative move in date is now September 15, which I'm sure translates to early 2021.

Thank you for the clarification. I was looking at the building in the foreground not the one in the distance. Most prior photos have made the Fortune building the star of the photo not the least visible. Hopefully there will be additional photos so progress can be easily assessed. Thanks again...

hmm, don't think that is a photo of Fortune at Fort York, for one thing, there are no retail outlets in Fortune, plus it's clearly an entirely different building.
