    The red section is actually intended to house the water recycling system for rooftop rain collection (grey water for shared amenities and gardens) as well as heat recovery units. Supposedly provides greater efficiency when located in the center of the building.

    variance I believe this is the agenda for the Oct 7 committee of adjustment re the variance application. See Item #8. Apart from minor parking changes, looks like the number of units has gone up from 291 to 308. Not sure of the final decision, though.

    all for it Considering that it's Concord Adex, not the City, that seems to be responsible for paying for the bridge, I'm all for pushing for bigger and better! They've made enough money in this area to warrant a significant investment.
