Picasso is definitely one of my favourite building under construction in Toronto. I would love it if they painted or clad each little box a different colour. It would tie in nicely with the tower playful design, and turn it into a taller version of the Sharp Centre for Art and Design.

The greenbelt should have been expanded years ago as a strategy of preventing suburban growth. This city and its surrounding suburbs are already frightening large and spread out, it's horrifying to think what it would be like if it extended all the way to the greenbelt.
