Hey everyone, just wanted to take a quick moment to wish my future neighbours and possibly new friends a Happy New Year and here's to seeing you all in just over 8 months.

Thanks for the updates everyone. Looks like this time next year we just might be celebrating in our units our first Christmas in our place. Will be nice to finally meet some of the names to faces on here.

It's been pretty quiet in here. Anyone know of any updates of news on the development? Haven't gone to the Fuse sales centre (yet), curious to know what the model suite is like, is it similar style and finishes as Upside down?

Key word... "estimated" I wouldn't be surprised if it were go get pushed to Dec 2012 or even the first few months of 2013. However though if they can get the base started before winter, we shall be fine cause they can continue to build during the winter at that point.

Just after I posted my question for a contact number, I heard back from someone at the sales office (as I originally called them and left them a message prior to my last post). I was informed that their lawyers are getting information gathered and ready from the developer in terms of new move in...

Does anyone have any contact info for the developer? I'd like to call Channington myself and see if I can get some direct info than a run around.

It wouldn't surprise me if they built both phases at the same time, it would be a cost benefit for them. Being able to buy materials at an even larger quantity, having contracts for workers and such fixed for both phases (cause correct me if I an wrong, every phase is a new contract negotiation).
