I'm in the same boat with you. When I bought my unit I had mentioned a few upgrades that I would like and was told that that would be okay. Three years later and it's not.

Had lunch with a friend at Big Johnson's this afternoon, the food was decent but the service could have been a bit better. I'm chalking it up that the guy that served us was brand spanking new to the world of serving.

Went by the Post Office today to mail something. The clerk inside was asking people to sign a petition. He was saying that they have been informed that the Post Office will be closing within the next 30 days. I guess it's official, it's been sold, but I wonder to who and for what?

Emailed the sales office to find out when we're going to go in to pick our finishes, do upgrades, etc. Was informed that the developer is waiting "last minute" to make sure that supplies doesn't run out. Or as I was thinking, perhaps trying to buy in larger bulk if one finish is more popular...

While walking to the gym today, I noticed that the Canada Post Office just north of Bloor on Dovercourt has a large sign on the side, "For Sale". So what do you think, townhouses or condo with about 5 or 6 floors.
