    I agree that the towns on Landsdowne look good. Once the Balzac Coffee building is finished I will be even more impressed.

    The look is pure Dunpar. Looking forward to the added density here. Hoping St Clair West retail will see some influx (especially Corso). Dovercourt and Davenport Village will really benefit here.

    Last question (sorry to bother you.) What does your gut tell you on what is happening with this site ?

    So why would someone pay a premium if SDM sold with approvals in place? Is it fair to say that if the site gets sold with approvals then the new buyer will build off the approvals? Perhaps SDM will be forced to build if they cant sell to an interested buyer with approvals.
