Is the developer bankrupt? Their Mimico development has folded as many know and their Wychwood site is just sitting like this one. I know there were issues with the OMB years ago for this site.

I went this morning to check out both the SDM and FB space. The only issue I have was the parking garage is horrible (the worst I have ever seen on a new development.) There is only one way to get in (which also happens to be the only way to get out.) The other issue is that the travelling lanes...

Thank you. When you subscribe to the development, David Thorek from Liberetto responds back. This could be very interesting as I hear this is a heritage designated building. Also, locals have told me the main floor is suppose to be an event space with a bar upstairs. Who knows for sure though.

Any updates? There seems to be further confusion on site when I pass by.

Broadly speaking I am referring to Dufferin street in and around Corso italia. I agree with you that the current quality of built form here isn't the worst, but I do hope that it gets redeveloped soon.

That site for sure but assembly in all four directions at Dufferin and St Clair seem quite good for redevelopment. Dufferin south of St Clair has some mixed use slum buildings that could easily be redeveloped IMO.

I hope my neighbourhood of Corso (Dufferin & St Clair W) changes soon. So much sites that could be great along Dufferin there.

If you include the broader area that includes the Galleria you nailed it.

Perhaps both sites will be re-developed. I'm not a buyer in Fuse but the area is changing significantly.
