Sharing some progress photos from the site today. Interior structural reinforcement is underway in the Corleck’s main performance and event space. Once in place, the original interior columns will be removed to create the open, double-height space seen in the rendering.

Yes, we phased this work south to north to synchronize with the adjacent plaza construction. The north will also be tendered separately so that we can incorporate all that we’re learning from the current south silo rehab into the scope for the north.
