Too soon to tell I think! They seem to be at a pace of about a floor every two weeks. I assume it will stay like that until the podium is finished. Then the 8th/9th floor will likely take an extra bit of time while they form the pool. After that, pace should pick up considerably as the tower...

I think they are still on schedule (last update said “will reach ground level in March 2019”, definitely on pace for that. I think it’s been a pretty good winter for construction; not too many days of no work.

TheKingEast: There are only two Tokyo units (floor 23 and 24) and they are 150 sq.ft. larger than the Nagoya. As a result of them being sub penthouses AND being 150 sq ft larger, the price difference was about $200k...so hardly an apples to oranges comparison. I would have preferred the Tokyo...

SteveM I believe NicoS is referring to the corner north of E55 (Ontario and Richmond). The office tower at 25 Ontario is south of E55 (and south of Adelaide). Not sure what is happening where Suite22 interiors is but I do know Brad Lamb owns all of those buildings from Suite 22 eastward!
