Can't you just do a search for your building though? See if there are any units to rent in the area?

I agree. The gold is quite gold and really has to factor into your style as it evolves. I do like a gold look but would go with something more antique or understated.

It's a personal pet peeve of mine to have the two piece bathroom close to the kitchen or living area. There is zero privacy and separation of space if you have company over.

This is such an interesting topic. I've read other comments on this board on how challenging it can be to be accosted by residents in the elevator. I'm curious to know the time commitment.

I find that windex doesn't take off the scum and residue left by rain and pollution combined. You need to clean that off first then use windex to take the streaks off leaving it nice and shiny.

How do you go about finding a great agent? Referrals?
