Just curious when did you receive this date?

The unit I am referring to selling is my current residence in the Element at front and blue jays way. I am moving into the Berczy and looking forward to it! I love the St. Lawrence neighborhood. Sorry for any confusion.

I would have to look it up again but I remember reading something about they are allowed to change occupancy dates 3 times. I do not remember if there is any mention of length time for delays so it could really go on. Wish I could remember where I read this! I was hoping to put my place on...

I just got a letter the other day as well and my new date is August 8th. I have a terrace unit on the 6th floor. If they move it again we may not be in until late, late 2013

Really like that for a one bedroom, nice and open. the little area beside the kitchen you could easily install wall units for storage without loseing much space

Agree C is pretty cool. Now if you change your mind and really want a dining table I like D for that

harwood is a must in my opinion and worth the money. We have that laminate hardwood look alike now and there is no comparison. If I was more knowledgeable when we bought the condo we are living in now would have taken the upgrade. The condo we are moving to has engineered hardwood everywhere...

I like the seperation of the bathroom from the main living area. The living room seems a little tight.

The main living are looks well thought out. The bedroom looks a little tight and not much room for storage. The storage bed idea mentioned in a prevoius post sounds like a must here. Too bad the balcony was not the same width all along.

I think it looks pretty good for a one + den. Only two things I do not like are the lack of storage as it looks like both closets are pretty skimpy and the glass sliders on the bedroom (this is just my personnel opinion). Somedays I just do not feel like tidying up the bedroom so just close...

Our occupancy was changed from Dec 2012 to late April 2013. I hope this is accurate but I believe it may change again.

Seems reasonable. Watching the Fly building going up beside the Element (where we live now) and they seem to be moving pretty fast. Trying to figure out if we will loose our view here or not we face west and on the 19th floor it "was" a pretty spectacular unobstructed view.
