It would be nice if the residents of the building received access to some of the building amenities. We sleep through the construction, we breathe in the construction dust in our lobby and yet are treated as second class. Larco is a shitty property manager, and a worse landlord.

Sorry, new guy here. I live above it, and frankly, Larco has done a crappy job of advising the tenants of the plans. I didn't know it was going to be a W hotel until today, and I doubt many of my neighbours know this either.
