Sport Bikes are the new honda civic. Just like the fartcan exhaust on cars, the first thing bikers do is change their exhaust to a fartcan (albeit a smaller one). Then they ride around revving their engines at every stop light and making a bunch of noise, even though their bike still isnt fast.

Agreed. 10 or 15 mins is not huge at all....and you get some exercise out of it :) The appeal of these buildings is being close to the water, Ontario Place, Molson Amphitheater and CNE (all within 2-5 mins walking distance).

Most people can spot the difference between laminate and hardwood. They look and feel very different. And even if they can't tell, they will more than likely ask about the floor. Then what? Lie and say its wood?

If I were a buyer, I would pay less for laminate. And Im pretty sure Im not the only one. So Im not sure how people can say there is no difference in resale value. Laminate is less maintenance, but also does not look as nice as hardwood. So it depends on whether you are living in or planning on...

I always try to snag printer paper boxes from work. If you havent already invested in a small inexpensive dolly from Canadian Tire, I would do so! It has helped me tremendously. Especially if you need to move large furniture on your own. I bought the one that converts from a Dolly to a platform...

I have dark engineered hardwood right now and you really only need to swiffer it once a week to get rid of the dust. Personally, I like being able to see the dust and know its time to clean rather than have it pile up and have allergens/bacteria start forming.
