There isn't a crane anywhere near the 30th floor... It was a loose glass panel being pushed around by the wind which hit other panels etc...

Yes I climb it every day... But from the top floor of the building... What I meant in my last post was that we jacked the crane up... As the building goes up, the crane climbs up with it... I actually am pretty lucky with this crane... I see some that are 300' free...

Just climbed my crane today... Another 15 feet up... And windows are being installed on the north side...

Oh god yes... Once it goes typical... And with all of the concrete being pumped.. Slip forms... 2 shifts... I guestimate 1 floor every 3 days...

Guys I hate to say that I'm hearing a lot of the same stuff... Just because the majority of the units are sold, doesn't mean the builder gets any money from the tenants...not until closing... All of the money comes from American banks for the majority of projects...(cheaper loans)...
