Too late for the 1st & 2nd phases since it's townhouses that will be on the ground level. Maybe there will be retail spaces in the 3rd & 4th buildings?

I think those who want the cafes and shops will still get them, but just not close to the waterfront since the ground levels of the first 2 Pier 27 phases will have townhouses. The stores will likely be in the last phases which will be at Queen's Quay.

Given our winter season, why would they introduce the Lanai concept? And it seems they are including the sf of the balconies and Lanais thus making the units seem bigger than they really are.

As some of you posted, they were not expecting to sell the first building as quickly as they did, but I still think they should initially have located their sales office where they're digging now. Thanks, Irishmonk!
