I think what carturo15 is saying is correct, it doesn't include the kitchen so it is actually wider than 24' feet. This sort of can be verified if you compare it to that 19' wide balcony......there is for sure more than an extra 4 feet of width there.

Also, the balcony has 3 different variations of size, so it wouldn't make sense to quote one number for all 3.

This is disturbing and depressing news, but I am going to tell myself that you did you measurements in CM instead of inches so your measurements are off by a factor of 2.54! ;P But really....what does Freed have to say about all this? I hope he is aware that his selling agents at the time...

Great news! The hallways do look awesome....you can see them if you use the pedestrian walkway and look through the glass on the door on the east side. Glad the elevators are quick and the units are soundproof! Can we be expecting any photos anytime soon :cool:

Well the building is using the city street for loading and unloading of hotel folks. An easement is defined as the use of property in possession of another person for a stated purpose. Thats all.
