nice post Hipster Duck. The developers should trying using language that at least has some basis in reality..I know it is much to ask from marketing copy but they should see the risk that people might not want to live in a place that isn't really a "brownstone" style in a place called "Chicago"...

BAC looks nice...the glass is more interesting than I thought it would be and I like the beveled corner..but it still seems banal...perhaps the ensemble when it is finished will be a classy box like Commerce Court or TD Centre. And yes the FCP looks absolutely horrific..the owners should bite...

I was walking down Spadina in Chinatown today and could see RBC rising from there (near Dundas) so it is definitely becoming noticeable. No camera with me but if someone could get a shot it would be great. BAC is also now very noticeable as well.

interesting how the three towers end up being almost exactly the same height...if they were going to build that tall why not just add a few metres and top FCP?

A very small site indeed! A logistical challenge even without the BA construction site right across the street. Interesting about the lighting...I wonder what they will be using.

if they are going for 291m they should go for a few more floors and top FCP at 298m
