Success Tower is really starting to grow on me. I like how it breaks up relatively flat skyline of the waterfront.

I don't think that any of the digging on that sight have to do with the development of it. It seems like they have just been using the dirt in that hole to form hills in the park.

I think that a building like Chicago's Aqua is a good solution to the whole box or curve delema. The building itself is still a box but it's got pleanty of cuves on it. It's also about the same hight as 1 Bloor.
