Based on this drone photo from the Crosstown Place thread by @sballan, digging is well underway for the block 5A (Generations) building. The western part seems to have already reached the bottom (2 levels of underground parking as per the shoring permit)

2nd floor glass cladding is now being installed

According to their Instagram page, it looks like they'll be releasing some info regarding this development soon

6th floor pours are now complete for the Crest, and 6th floor wall forms are in place and being poured into in the Eastern part

The most time-consuming parts of a tower (Per floor) are the underground parts and the podium, which in this case are already complete. In addition, they're onto repeating floor forms now (Where the same pieces are used to pour concrete on to form the floor and walls) and have already completed...

Just a few floors left without cladding

Not 100% sure why, but there's several firetrucks parked next to the station and firefighters are going in and out. I don't see anything about it in the Toronto Fire Twitter account, so it could just be a regular inspection but they are dragging a fire hose into the station itself.
