The Westernmost tower is now on the 10th floor, while the middle and Easternmost ones just had a large 2nd floor pour in the remaining part (Where 2nd floor wall forms aren't yet). No cladding on The Crest midrise yet

Now that most of the 1st floor glass has been installed on the Eastern frontage, here is what the building looks like at night from that side

Looks like this is now on its 5th resubmission, as per this letter dated August 9th, 2023 that has the details (Link to Planning Application):

Here's a closeup of the 1st floor glass that was taken today. Although the hue is slightly different than other floors, it still looks pretty nice (Better in person than on camera)

Trees and grass have been planted behind the station, and the part in front of the future 770 Don Mills development has had what looks to be saplings planted (Was just dirt before)
