It has reached the ground floor, but because of the difficulty in taking pictures of it (As it's surrounded by construction equipment and crew quarters), I haven't been able to take any. However, once it's past the ground floor it should be easier to take pictures of and you'll see more frequent...

Looks like there will be a 3 year delay until construction starts (Was expected to start in 2024, now it's listed as 2027), with completion expected in 2030 as per the updated project page

Taken today, October 5th, 2023. The Westernmost tower is now on 13th floor wall forms, while the other 2 towers are on 4th floor forms. The townhouses to the East of The Crest midrise are also being built

A big concrete pour is happening today, and I counted 7 concrete trucks at the time of passing by here

It started first, and so it's ahead by a few months and already past the slowest part (Underground and podium section). Once the middle and easternmost towers are past their podium sections (So once they get to the 5th floor), they should also get faster as it'll be mostly repeating floor plates...
