they dropped off sod this week. looks like they will be finished landscaping soon.

thanks wellington guy! I always wondered why they didn't make a rooftop barbecue area. It would have been a nice feature for the building. As for the building being close to finished. You can tell that they seem to have finished a lot of the units as the plans are no longer on the windows!

FYI they took down the external elevator. It looks like all the external cladding is done. They are working on the landscaping as well. They bricked the front entrance walkway.

hey Stingray, Probably eventually there will be a building, but since the land is not as large as the 400 wellington site they will only be able to build a building a certain height,size and distance from the front of the lot. If they were able to buy the site next to it with the two old...

well it looks like they can finish the outside of the condo in the next six weeks. There doesn't seem like too much to do.
