So so disappointed in everyone involved with this project. Spandrel is unacceptable, let alone spandrel that isn't even executed well. I've seen better use of spandrel in City Place.

This project is likely going to be cancelled, bought, and relaunched.

I will look even better once the windows get washed, I don't think they've ever been cleaned since the building went up 7ish years ago.

Arguably, this is the best high-rise tower on our waterfront (a close second for me would be 10 York, third, Monde). Great materials and excellent execution. A+. Excited to see the next two phases.

I hear you, but for me, this is a prime example of a developer not giving a sh*t. It's all about the details. For example, I always appreciate a Christmas tree decorated, front and back, vs. the one that is bare facing the wall (which you can see at certain angles...). This is honestly really...

Materials are A+ but I'm really having a hard time imagining the final output for the balcony design.
