    Toronto Time and Space Condos | 101.8m | 29s | Pemberton | Wallman Architects

Time has clearly not helped 'Time & Space'.

    Toronto Waterworks Building Redevelopment | 47.55m | 13s | MOD Developments | Diamond Schmitt

Stunning. I can't get enough of this building.

    Toronto Time and Space Condos | 101.8m | 29s | Pemberton | Wallman Architects

I'd take pics, if I thought this building was worth the trouble.

I really hope the buyers in the development get angry and vocal. Has anyone tipped off the press? I feel like this shi*t show would make a fun article.

    Toronto T3 Bayside | 42m | 10s | Hines | 3XN

I was hoping this would fly up faster given it's timber. But I assume the weather has really slowed things down.

Where are all the fans of this building that were defending/justifying the horrible spandrel alleyway? IMO, this building keeps getting worse.

What a beast. The massing feels overwhelming.

East FiftyFive (Lamb Dev Corp/Hyde Park Homes) - Real Estate -

I heard from a friend in the building that it will likely be March.

    Toronto T3 Bayside | 42m | 10s | Hines | 3XN

Great shot! The tenth floor pour looks to be almost double height. Could it be both the 10th floor core and mechanical? Would it be unusual to encase a mechanical in concrete?

    Toronto No. 31 Condos | 137.4m | 41s | Lanterra | Arquitectonica

Def not the same across the buildings. I know this for a fact.

    Toronto Pinnacle Lakeside | 158m | 49s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Not a good sign. I noticed the same. All other construction sites buzzing, except Lakeside.

    Toronto Aquabella at Bayside | 50.9m | 14s | Tridel | 3XN

Hands down one of the best projects of 2021. Hats off to Tridel.

    Toronto One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

Not really, that location was set-up for failure from the start. A basement, over priced food, with a very obscure street level presence that is overshadowed by a massive department store and homophobic fried chicken fast food. I remember walking around the grocery store when it opened and...

    Toronto 45 The Esplanade | 130.85m | 39s | Republic | Arcadis

Many are more so worried about the fact that the shelter will now stay open for years to come. Why renovate and reopen the existing hotel when it will be torn down in 4ish years? I bet the owners will be pushing to extend the contract with the city. And in my opinion, this is a very good thing...

Nope. Been there in person. It's horrible.

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

Potentially! I remember visiting the sales office and hearing units 40+ will clear the building. But I imagine it's gonna be close!

    Toronto Nobu Residences Toronto | 156.66m | 45s | Madison Group | Teeple Architects

The only thing I agree here is it will stand out. As the worst building in the area. What a bait and switch.

Dam, if only @JasL was a few more floors higher. I imagine floors 40+ will have stunning views facing South.
