Not sure if this is a good comparison, -but Casa reached the ground around midJan-early Feb 2008. I think they're about the same height, -so if Casa is going to be done by end of 2009, X should be good before 2010 is done... I think?

Walked by the site this afternoon and more cement pouring going on. Seems like there's another 2 or so floors before they hit ground level. Occupancy is set for March 2010... wondering if there's any chance of this getting done before the end of 2010? (what's the current rate? 1 floor...

Just about to buy a unit in a project that's currently under construction. Since this is the first time I've ever bought a condo (or any residence for that matter), just wondering if there's a resource somewhere that 'lists' what you need to do? (or can someone please explain the steps?)...

hmmm... may be a dumb question, but since I've never lived in a high rise before Im going to ask it... If you were on floor 20, facing east (portofino model), Im assuming you wouldnt get a view anymore... But what about sunlight? Would you be in constant shade from the proposed new building?

The CondoGuide has this project starting construction on November 15th.

yeah, I think they said October completion. Saw some units near the top floor, and it was pretty bare (no flooring, lighting, cabinetry, doors, etc...). I think only units in the first 4 floors are done. (13 floors total)

Thanks for the additional responses guys. You're right, -I think the whole viewing into another building would eventually drive me crazy (and no, -havent committed to anything, -just love the way Rezen looks). About the 2 bathroom thing, -it's weird... a lot of the 2bed units have similar...
