400 CAD per Square Foot ? Hey, did anyone see today's ad for Charlie ? I think they released more units for roughly around 400/sq ft (no parking)...which is way down from 600 plus/sq ft. Are they having difficulty selling ? It is bad timing.

By the time they complete this condo/hotel in 2011, the economy (hopefully) has recovered at least partially. This is in a good location plus the brand name is well known so prices should hold up well if they do it right.

What is the latest going rate per square footage for this development ? I think M5V was selling for $500 and Charlie was selling for $600 per sqr ft. Do you guys think these prices will hold up pretty well (relatively) if the market slows down. There are too many condos going up.
