Agreed. Its weird .. they haven't done significant cladding in the last 3-4 weeks. Does anyone know if they are waiting for a delivery? Winter will come fast

I wonder what stage they are in the installation of the swing stage. Just looking back at the posted pictures, it seems it's been like that for about 2 weeks plus, I think. I think it has been good weather too. Maybe it takes time to set this up and start the final cladding installation?

Does anyone know what the structure they built at the top. It looks like three small construction platforms. Is that just to help facilitate the final cladding installation.

They must ... but I guess it won't be a full time job. I suspect the crane won't disappear anytime soon ? ... especially not before they have all the cladding up on the top floors ?

Actually, now that I have another look - I think the scultures will look great ! It will really compliment the curve of the tower. I hope that rendering is accurate ... The cladding is capturing my eye aswell. Thanks for posting udo !

Got my first post strike letter from ferncastle. I guess they are going to do this in stages ... one after the drywall strike is over and one after the elevator strike is over. My date use to be May 20, 2014 ... now its June 5, 2014 (I guess this only accounts for the drywall strike). Not too...

I have a parking spot as well ... I'm still may 2014 (pre-strike). I suspect you are right, they are probably slow in one area and they are using this as a means to not pay any penalty. Hopefully they settle the strike quick. It appears the pressure is starting to build. I walked into this...

They are still working (cladding and such are still being applied) ... but I can tell the pace has slowed a bit on Ltower. I work near the building some mornings ... the activity has been noticeably less since May 1 and 6. I talked to one of the workers on-site. Let’s hope both strikes...

Did anyone get a letter from Fercastle highlighting a drywall and elevator worker strike? Looks like we might be getting another small delay.
