I agree...those who paid close to $600 per sqft for a small sub 700sqft condo is going to feel it the worst when their rental price barely covers the mortgage and payments...factor in insurance,extra income taxes,and property taxes those renting would need at least $1600 to be above water.I see...

What I notice is the once desirable projects the units are staying on the market much longer than before....they are selling though but instead of only days on the market its table 3-4 weeks before selling...Have not seen any drastic price cutting yet though...buyers have a choice now but dont...

No such thing as a quiet condo...all depends on your neighbors....but if your buying a more mature condo project that isnt near any transit lines which is a must for renters than you reduce the chance its a student party hotbed location.The most important thing is security and the way they deal...

Apom sounds like your defending a bad developer....Grace real estate been in business for a long time also and even hes saying UrbanCorp is not a good builder and yearly review on condo builders places UrbanCorp almost dead last....google you would see Urbancorp has some nasty blogs against them....

the security aspect of this building is terrible...a lot of strangers getting pass the non monitored lobby day and night.You got the ever presence of 2450 and 2460 Weston apartments which is one step from becoming City Homes.............

ALL condo builders are exactly the same,when they cash that final deposit cheque your literally on your own to get them to resolve anything in a professionally manner.......
