about 15 years ago my buddy worked in house security at the Waverly and the stories he told me about the "guests" there.He mentioned that some well known stars have been guest there also who wanted to avoid the media scrum.Actually the Silver Dollar must go also if they plan to develop this...

I say those who own the townhouses that isnt the shadow of the three large condos are pretty lucky,cant even imagine living in a home where there is a constant shadow and facing a busy highway but they do look pretty nice,wonder what the inside looks like.

Eventually those nasties be gone.This reminds me of 90 Stadium Road near Tip Top lofts where the detail of the project was amazing but the stench of the Lake sometimes unbearable in the hot summer days.

I have a friend shes on the higher floors facing south east towards the city and its a damn amazing view at night.There be no issues for sure another condo blocking her view.Fit and finish was ok but the view...wow...

Still not a attractive build,way too much rentals in this area to be a great neighborhood,so many issues with renters vs neighbors in this area,cops even said that on Friday and Saturdays they get about 30 calls per night for noise complaints,renters dont give a hoot since most are rotated out...
