don't wanna sound rude but at the price at which he was selling those 'sold out' units any crackhead is able to afford one... they probably upgraded from the building across... :) all jokes aside... it would be nice to finally clean up this area but this will take a decade or two if not even...

lansdown/dupont intersection will stay worthless unless they demolish those two awful rental buildings... especially the one on lansdown since the one on st. clarens ave had some facade work done two or so years ago... the units are really really cheap but than again we understand why...

apparently they surpassed that percentage and are doing well in sales... i haven't seen any 'warehouses' but only two commercial houses that are about to get demolished in a few years as owners are planning on building condos between south beach and menkes' project... Since there's a streetcar...

i love this condo... too bad i didn't have that much money to spend... oh well... this time next year... :)

i didn't ask about the %sold because the sales rep told me that they only have a limited number of floors left for a few units... so i dunno... i did see a lot of sold out signs... i drive pass there every day so i might drop in and ask them or even snap a few pics...

no... but i do believe that the smallest unit will be around 460sqft... maybe even a studio like solaris said... compare it to uptown and crystal blu prices...

zahra... hopefully they'll install some fat ass sound installation cause i agree with UD on train noise... i too live close to Bloor and that train noise can get really annoying... are they plan on putting an extra set of traffic lights in front of this project? Keele gets crazy during rush...

yeah... this whole area is going to look sick once SouthBeach, California, Ilofts, Nautilius and BeyondTheSea are built...

Any updates on this project? Anyone? Every time I pass by there's a lot of cars parked in front of sales center. Are they selling the second building yet?

Few days ago I went to the site and I must say this is gonna be a very nice project. The only problem there is the stretch of social housing. Every time I drive by those townhouses ( social housing) I feel like I'm in Jameson&King St. area or Jarvis&Adelaide. :)

I should have done the same thing but... I'm probably gonna upgrade to hardwood in the bedroom... thank you all for sharing your opinions...
