I came back from a trip this week landing at Pearson, I was looking out the window and saw this cluster of towers looking pretty dense not knowing right away where I was looking at, I think I picked out these towers and thought oh Nycc. This area does look pretty dense from high up above the city.

That brown spandrel at the top looks bad and outdated. If they used that green stuff below it all the way up it would look cleaner. Little details in color and execution of the mullions could of made it look a lot better IMO.

make sure the rebcord is theirs. Maybe the owner of the penthouse requested it to stay in case he orders pizza and wants it up to his room real fast. they just tie it to the cable and get it up their in record time. Hey that could be another record, fasted pizza to reach top of tower.

these townhomes look like they could be used for retail or business. But im guessing theyre not zoned for that use and im sure if you lived in one of the townhomes and had say a pub open up next door, there would be some unhappy home owners. Maybe one day though.

Global news should get an updated shot of Torontos skyline. I've watched their news program a few times lately and noticed the outdated skyline photo with a close up of half built ice condos. Understandably it's hard to take a photo of the skyline without catching at least a few buildings...

I like those colour choices. Not sure how much of the building they cover, but they look a lot more cheery then then the odd looking colours lining the spectra/quartz condos.

I agree. That's a huge parcel of land, it could be redeveloped into something much better, like an office building with large multiple floor retail podium. Freshening it up might improve them slightly but it sucks because it means they're not planning on replacing them anytime soon
