Anyone buy in here - know the price range of a 2 bed.

Azorim is owned by Boymelgreen. Great improvement for sure but wonder if still rentals as initially proposed or condos. Anyone know who purchased Waddingtons at 111 Bathurst. Between 525 Adelaide, 650 King and potentially Waddingtons it will be interesting change over the next few years.

There is a new rendering for 525 Adelaide (Adelaide Residences) on Core Architect's website and it lists Boymelgreen as the developer.

There is a new rendering on Core Archtiects site for this location. I am not able to copy the direct link or renderings at the moment, but they can ge be found under Core Architects - Multi Unit Developments - Adelaide Residences. It is 2 buildings and looks better than the first for sure.

Exactly and there is a few story brick building for lease/sale west of Norman Rogul as well. However, after looking at it again, the park to the east of Norman Rogul isn't evident in the rendering and the building behind is only a few stories so not sure now. I am starting to think maybe...

Based on the rendering it appears as though it is on a one way street. My guess is on Adelaide and across from the rear of Fashion House. There is a vacant white building there and another brick one beside it and then the park on the other side.

There is a development planned for the north side - check the link for 525 Adelaide Street West. The developer owns Inn on the Park on Stewart Street which was built beside one of Freeds bulidings. Maybe Freed didnt allow a tie back then and it is pay back time :)

One of the messiest sites around as well. The road and sidewalk beside it are an inch full of dirt and mud. I pass by other sites and the construction guys are usually hosing down or sweeping up after trucks enter and leave - this place is a joke!

I could see Freed going ater this one.

I bet they will take this further whether it was their initial intent or not because it looks hideous at the moment and Thompson will not stand for it as is.
