    Toronto The Residences of 488 University Avenue | 206.95m | 55s | Amexon | Core Architects

I was in this area recently and it struck me that the neighbouring building would look fantastic with a similar addition done in a grid facade patttern.

    Toronto YC Condos -- Yonge at College | 198.42m | 62s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

The good news: in about 25 years we can look forward to a window wall replacement: maybe green will be back in fashion?

An iconic tower for PoCo sure, but hovering over the town of muddy York?

    Toronto Ryerson Student Learning Centre | 50.59m | 8s | Ryerson University | Zeidler

So paint the gutter a vibrant colour like dandelion (Ryerson?) yellow or pink :) I had an idea for a name change from Rye High to Lake Iroquois U.

    Fantasy Renderings

I've come to the conclusion that 1 Front West should be a mix of office and condo/hotel to maximize its potential ... still working on an iconic design for this site. Maybe something crazy could shake up the Dominion? I'm still perfecting my 8000 sq ft Toronto condo tower model, currently...

    Toronto One Front | 170.86m | 49s | Larco | a—A

W is the 475 Yonge Street site I believe. Probably another Marriott here to replace the 475 site.

    Toronto One Front | 170.86m | 49s | Larco | a—A

^Thanks. Looks like it's 65-70 storeys of hotel and office by Quadrangle Architects: W Hotel, Bulgari or another Marriott?

    Toronto Monde | 149.95m | 44s | Great Gulf | Moshe Safdie

This project would've looked great next to Mississauga City Hall.

Toronto Breweries, Brew Pubs, Bottle Shops

I'm pretty lazy so I mostly go to Indie Ale House but for craft breweries, New Hamburg's Bitte Schon Brauhaus is my absolute fave--worth the drive and not a single dud amongst their selection. I am tired of this IPA crap though.

    Toronto One Front | 170.86m | 49s | Larco | a—A

Might as well add aA to the thread title and my guess-55 storeys.

    Toronto 96 Spadina | 69.5m | 16s | Allied | Sweeny &Co

Terribly dull proposal... Love the current facade of the 1 storey building--a gem I love to sketch it when I'm in the area. A glass box over a sanitized facade--what a bore.

    1215 Dundas Street East (Hullmark)

This site is the parking lot next to Lamb's Flat Iron Lofts project. Maybe more office less residential here?

    Toronto 401 Logan Avenue | ?m | 14s | Atria | A& Architects

The T Shirt Guys becoming another Hullmark development.

    Toronto Y&S Condos | 130.77m | 38s | Tribute | Graziani + Corazza

This may be called The Soudan when it launches--website recently registered. Interestingly I was in the midst of a nimbytect design similar to this G+C proposal--maybe I'll execute it better?

54 Foxbar Road (The Bradgate Arms redevelopment, Revera Inc)

I hope they retain the historic beauty here. Maybe there's room for a modern high rise addition?

Toronto The Carvalo on College | 21.94m | 7s | Clifton Blake | Studio JCI

Block Developments is planning a midrise for this site, I think it may be their upcoming "The Stockton" http://blockdev.com/projects/

    Toronto 2002 Lake Shore West | 122m | 36s | Marlin Spring | Graziani + Corazza
