    That would mean this only applies to Condos, how about freehold towns ? Do the builder have free play to choose for adding or not adding the cool off period in the contract ? As if it is not in the contract - that would mean i don't even have time to get my lawyer to review the contract ...

    Like it happens with pre construction Condo where the purchasing party has 10 days of cooling period to back out, while purchasing a free hold town home would that still be 10 days cool down period by default or doest it only apply to new condos ? Please share. Thanks

    Just was passing by the location, Ultra is now almost as high as Legacy - They are making progress and i am guessing they are on track with the construction progress. Hopefully all Ultra purchasers should receive a letter for color selection etc, Any one in Ultra has got that yet ?

    Would there be any disadvantages of living right above or underneath the mechanical floor in this case assuming if they are half way up the building ? for instance lets say i have an apartment that is actually on 20th floor but is numbered as 21 (As there is no 20th floor in the building) ?

    Never really even thought about it like that - but your point is valid, this could be confusing for search and rescue operation staff not knowing where did the builder skip a number on the floor.
