I remember reading that Idomo had applied to eventually build condos on its land...but that is probably 5+ years away.

It's not even open to the general public. Agents snapped up all the floors. There should be regulations against this type of scam. And yes it's a scam that artificially inflates housing prices.

People are buying because they feel they missed the boat. It's the same issue which took us up from 2002. Plus the incentives are much better, making the deals look better. If you're going to live in the homes fine, but if these are investment homes, we are nowhere near out of this mess. People...

How to fix the TTC's revenue shortfall... I wanted to get the thoughts of members here on a way to increase revenue for the TTC by $15-$25million per year. The TTC would run 24/7 from Thurs to Sun. From 1AM to 6AM it would run on a 15-20min schedule similar to what it did for Nuit Blanche...

I couldn't help but laugh at some of her comments. She thinks her condo's have appreciated 400k LOL. Just another agent fueling a 2nd bubble in this overpriced housing market. Sad really. I feel bad for all the clients of hers that were told to buy here.
