They are a rip off and over priced :) When they did their viewing of this room, prices were given on most items. When I went in to choose my finishings about 6 months later, prices had gone up 50% on some things.

M1 or M2?? This is horse crap! I watched the X Condo's which were 50 floors go up windows and all in 8 months. This project has taken 24 months already.

My M2 confirmed date is jul 12th on a low floor. Hasn't been changed as far as i know.
