I originally bought a Samsung LED 7000 3D tv, but returned it for the Plasma 3D. Great sale going on at Futureshop for this one and Plasma does a much better job with 3D right now and colours in general.

Hey GPalltheway, Any chance you have a measurement for that wall in the living room that backs onto the master bedroom (From beside the air conditioning unit to the door). I bought a TV already and need to make sure it fits in that wall area (where did they put the cable outlet?)

I could care less about the compensation for not moving in. It doesn't' solve anything. We've all received confirmed occupancy dates that have been extended once already by about 6 weeks. So they cannot extend it any further. June 6 was tentative, jul 12 was confirmed, aug 20 was next...

Apparently, we don't have to wait at all for M3 to reach ground level or parking to be finished for M1/M2 move ins. So let's hope no more delays. The places are looking damn nice!

Didn't you see the Apple store in one of their renderings :p I doubt you'll know who leased them until the building opens up. CRE isn't doing so great.

Once you have your confirmed move in date, which we all got on the 2nd delay notice, they can only delay 120 days before having to compensate us. Anyhow, buildings are up, Crane on M3 is up, there will only be another delay if some natural disaster happens lol. We are all moving in this summer!

I would never buy from this dev again unless the deal was exceptional. You look at Tridel, a builder that really understands the word 'customer service'. They communicate very well. They are on all the social sites, which attract the first time home buyer and they are always in constant...

At this stage of the game you're probably looking at no more than 1 more month if it is delayed again. I can't see it though. Cranes are off and they are working on the insides. I think the main reason for the delays is that M3 needs to be built to ground level for parking and the outside...
