sales office is being build on 5415 dundas... looks gonna be a big project for Pinnacle Etobicoke.

it would be most beneficial on dundas west to see subway extension from kipling to sherway gardens, but then again there is no "connecting" hub to renforth gateway for mississauga. definitely poor planning in infrastructure projects!

what scarborough subway has to do with this pinnacle etobicoke project?

enterprise car rental at 5475 dundas street west location is now closed and is fenced up... most likely to expect pinnacle sales office there for sales. they are pretty much moving fast. expect this area to become like concord city place in downtown, in which pinnacle follows the same suit for...

what is the actual timeline for this project? some work started, then stopped... no heavy equipment are there at all... has this been cancelled? what a dull area to look at!

rumors say phase 2 will be released this fall. sales office will move into kip one for phase 3 sales.

has this project been approved? ETA on construction? they have already closed all small businesses... thought construction to start soon.

@jcam i doubt any olympics would be built on our hydro corridors... but that is very interesting approach. I have seen now many retails are being build on hydro corridors, so thinking maybe retails to settle on hydro corridors with shipping containers on hydro corridors lane...

@interchange42 - do you have a source of information that "Pinnacle having recently bought the properties to the immediate west"... is there a thread for that? Kudos to Kip District for being first to revitalize the area, as I believe other developers will follow the same suit in few years.

i liked original better than the revised design... it had more character over this dull look. go back main and main.

@interchange42 you're right, there are two differences on areas where kip district and islington terrace are - even tho they are just one subway stop proximity. the whole stretch of dundas street, from aukland to east mall badly needs to be redeveloped to more livable and transformative area, so...

this site will be new rental apartment buildings. no sales.

i noticed they placed up fences around businesses, seems demolition is coming soon. i see on main and main development website, Dundas & Kipling Station - seems they are preparing for sales on site soon.

A building where sales office was is all gone, rubble all cleared out... amazing progress in less than week!
