It’s weird though. If it’s just a rent why it’s not based on market value and is based on interest rate. And yes I did not know that they will adjust the interest rate at closing date for ppl who got lower one.

Has anyone with firm occupancy date of August 23rd received their package or was contacted by builder for PDI?

Did they notice direction or through lawyers?

I am wondering if the amenities are not open, the maintenance fee is lower?

Yes ours is the same and have not received any calls or notices. Maybe they are finishing up the PDA for early august ones for now. Based on the comments above it looks like we might get disappointed:(

When did they contact you for PDI? Our occupancy is in late August and have not received any notice not was contacted for PDI. Did they contact you directly or through your lawyer?

Did the builder give you this number or you checked the bank of canada website?

When is your firm occupancy date? Ours is in Mid August and still have not received anything about the monthly fees.

Thanks for the update. Our agent just asked the builder about it and they said they haven't received any notification from their customer care team regarding any delays. I think they are not going to officially let people know for now. :(
