The gym is done, I can post pics. Although not sure when it will be open as they will probably have to first complete the entire 5th floor.

I have a family friend in the business, my cost was $3000 for a Milano, Foglia is only about 5' more so he would be cheaper, if anyone would like contact information shoot me an e-mail at faust.financial@gmail.com. I also know one of the top mortgage brokers in the city as far as getting the...

When you move in there will be little or no construction work left to be done and I would imagine all 4 elevators running full time or 3 since for a short while some may still be booked for move ins. However, you will probably have to get used to a bit of a wait during busy hours with stops on...

I know these things are to be expected, I was just trying to be funny :D "MUTE" button??? Where is this? I wasn't aware that there's one. The only thing I'm worried about is that I'll get used to ignoring this thing and then one day there will actually be a fire (and coming from living in...

Cresford has gone above and beyond with extra services being provided to it's occupants. First off would be the complimentary wake-up service, although it's only been provided 6 times thus far in 1 month. Also, it seems to be trying to accomodate everybody by cycling through different times...

I'm already in the building and the other day I overheard construction workers in the elevator talking about some floor on an upper floor. It only makes sense that it must be related.

I was told by someone at bell that if you want HD channels you need to have a satellite...is this not the case?

I am already living in CASA and have been told that there will not be any condo package for cable...their reason is that they do not want to force residents into using one provider. Also, if you get bell right now it's not going to work. I have been told that they are making arrangements with...

Since your unit is north facing and unfortunately faces BSN...and assuming pepper had enough sense to buy a south facing unit so that he actually has a nice building to look at and get some sunlight to prevent depression from living in such a drab builing...you will be able to run lenghts on...

That's a very good point!!! I never even thought about the fact that you're adding 5' here...although you would have to subtract about 25' that overlaps (which I assume by your total that you did)...it's still a huge balcony. I have a Milano and it's actually 30' on the inside which is a bit...

I didn't know of any units that have a 315 sq ft balcony? Ohhhh, are you the one that bought 2 units to be made into one?

I personally don't mind pepper posting on this forum. Having loonies around makes things more interesting after all. I completely respect the fact that one may have unique taste. But to not recognize that their taste is unique to them and then actually convince themselves that everybody but...

They also had a pine colour with the metal trim but it was so ugly that I'm sure nobody chose it which is why you're not seeing it here. I think they also had 1 more which would have been red...but I may just be thinking of the red which was for sure an option in the glossy upgrade.

Traynor....that is some crazy cool stuff! I can't even believe that it's real!!! That would be way more useful on all windows period as one could completely avoid buying expensive window treatments to block out glare and provide privacy at times. Now as far as a builder throwing this...

Can you please explain to me how exactly it costs more to maintain an outdoor pool if it's NOT heated and left open in the winter than an indoor pool? It's personal pepper...if I'm the type of person that like to swim on a regular basis for fitness then I would want to buy in a condo with an...

I thought I'd heard about that too and was wondering if that was a rational. Although as others have mentioned...if it's not going to affect sales, the builder will cut costs. What is the advantage of the front load machines anyways other than the ability to stack? I originally thought that...

Ya I actually saw those wood panels going up yesterday. They just look like slabs of pine finish wood. Very bland at first impression but I'll reserve my judgement for the finished product.

Agreed, however I'm sure the builder expects that the board will not choose to keep it heated because of the costs. I will say though regarding the comments about it being stupid to put an outdoor pool in a condo in this city. For me, personally, I prefer this. I'm not a big swimmer and the...
