I have to agree with the last couple. Murano has better surroundings although CASA is a better location on the subway hub. No question however from an exterior point of view that personally I feel CASA is superior. I like the symetry with the wrap around balconies. At first I wasn't sure...

I don't know why this unit has such a small kitchen, it's the same kitchen as the 500 sq ft 1BR, and all the other units have a bigger kitchen. In addition...I don't know why condo builders can't spend a few bucks that it costs them to make undermount sinks standard as well as 1.5 inch facings...

I agree...I bought at CASA and kept the overmount sink because they wanted something like $600 for the upgrade...total ripoff considering it's maybe 30 minutes of additional labour for an undermount.

Actually, it`s very visible standing across the street at BSN. The glass is totally transparent so you see the concrete 100%. I`m not saying the undersides of the balconies wont be painted. I just don`t understand why if they are gonna paint the undersides of the balconies when the weather...

I don't disagree on them selling the spots at their cost price. But isn't 4 levels of underground a neccessity to support a high rise? So the cost of it should be factored into the overall cost of the building. It's like going to a nice restaurant and having a $2 table cloth charge at the end...

That sounds so odd to me. By the progress I would have guessed the building would be complete by July. I bought at CASA where they are now advertising move in by fall 09'. Similar size building but probably about 2-3 months behind Murano south. Makes me wonder. What was your original date?

I don't understand the tiny windows as it looks like there is a sliding window every few panes at the bottom if you look closely. Also I don't see the painting you refer to on the amenities floor?
