Leave it to Cresford to F#*K things up. As someone mentioned earlier it's a mystery how they're still in business. Don't expect them to do anything logical.

From being at the physical site...the side wall adjacent to the swimming pool looks to be at least a person high....pretty much making it impossible to see the homeless shelter poolside.

I was actually under the impression that the lobby glass was going to go all the way up to the top of floor 5...from this pic it looks like it's just hitting the top of floor 4...or is this just an illusion?

I had a very very good look at CASA BSN and Murana today. Call me biased but without a doubt CASA looks like one of the most beautiful buildings in the city I don't think Murano even comes close. Yes they are both glass and that makes them similar but with CASA its all about the symetry and it...

I have to agree with the last couple. Murano has better surroundings although CASA is a better location on the subway hub. No question however from an exterior point of view that personally I feel CASA is superior. I like the symetry with the wrap around balconies. At first I wasn't sure...

I don't know why this unit has such a small kitchen, it's the same kitchen as the 500 sq ft 1BR, and all the other units have a bigger kitchen. In addition...I don't know why condo builders can't spend a few bucks that it costs them to make undermount sinks standard as well as 1.5 inch facings...

I agree...I bought at CASA and kept the overmount sink because they wanted something like $600 for the upgrade...total ripoff considering it's maybe 30 minutes of additional labour for an undermount.

There's a security guard there at night? lol If I knew that there's no way I'd have gone...what do you think would have happned? I know it's trespassing but I look pretty innocent and would have simply said stupidly that I'm a unit holder and wanted to see the progress on my unit...didn't know...

I walked onto the site last night and tried to get up to my unit to take pictures...unfortunately at the top of the 4th staircase it was boarded off. I was so excited to see the amenities floor and walk into the units, so imagine the let down when I saw it boarded off. A couple observationsm...

Didn't know about that Solaris, thanks. Festival Tower is yet to be complete...but I know that they are advertising extremely high quality finishes in that one. Do you know what Cresford's reputation is as far as interior finishing?

Actually, it`s very visible standing across the street at BSN. The glass is totally transparent so you see the concrete 100%. I`m not saying the undersides of the balconies wont be painted. I just don`t understand why if they are gonna paint the undersides of the balconies when the weather...

Not referring to the undersides of the balconies. I'm referring to...not sure how to explain this. Okay, the facing of the balconies...if that makes sense? The glass balcony covers the facing of the unpainted cement of the balcony facings. So when you look at the building up close you see...

CASA looks great from a distance but up close the finish on the balconies does not look good. The glass covers the concrete on the side (which is a good thing because the glass goes all the way to the edge maximizing the space) however, it looks terrible with the unpainted concrete. And Im...

What was the date they had most recently told you prior to now telling you November?

I don't disagree on them selling the spots at their cost price. But isn't 4 levels of underground a neccessity to support a high rise? So the cost of it should be factored into the overall cost of the building. It's like going to a nice restaurant and having a $2 table cloth charge at the end...

That's just another load of bullshit developers will tell you that they don't many any money on parking. They have to use that space for something and theyre not gonna sell units below ground or fill it up with amenities. That's something that obviously applied years ago when your parking was...

It's 4 above grade for sure and I believe it's 4 below. I'm not certain but some parking could be guest pay parking (not really needed right now with the green P across the road but what if that gets knocked down in a few years) or some could be reserved for the children's aid. Or in the case...

    Toronto Murano | ?m | 45s | Lanterra | a—A

Even more odd now that I think about it. Won't Murano South be at the same stage as the North tower in 3 months. Why would the occupancy then be 11 months later? hmmmm And January sounds VERY soon, that's in one month

That sounds so odd to me. By the progress I would have guessed the building would be complete by July. I bought at CASA where they are now advertising move in by fall 09'. Similar size building but probably about 2-3 months behind Murano south. Makes me wonder. What was your original date?

I don't understand the tiny windows as it looks like there is a sliding window every few panes at the bottom if you look closely. Also I don't see the painting you refer to on the amenities floor?
