Ninety Condos, The (Harhay Construction) - Real Estate -

Thanks DOWNTOWN27... I ended up asking the sales guy and he said they aren't going to make any plan changed. There is a gas line for a BBQ and gas range...

Ninety Condos, The (Harhay Construction) - Real Estate -

I have a stupid question.. I noticed that some condos in the city are being built with gas fireplaces. Does anyone know if they can be installed in pre-con condos?

So how long does it take to do the excavation and what not... Last we heard in Sept was that shoring and excavation will take 4 months but doesn't sound like they are still doing the shoring. I can't wait to see a hole!

    Investment options

Both the projects seem to be a bit later on in development. From what I have seen, the rents you make from an investment unit may either cover your monthly costs, or you may even be in the red. Typically the return you realize is only in appreciation.. you will have to consider closing costs...

I heard spring 2012 from an agent. Sounded reasonable.... Lets hope for a no surprise excavation... From what I understand the excavation and foundation are where most delays happen...

    A Tale of 2 Condos

Personally, neither of those would be on my radar to purchase. Condo 1 seems to be crazy at like $1200/sqft and maintenance for $1/sqft Condo 2 seems priced well but if its a coop do you own the unit? And why do they require 25% down? I purchased at 11 St. Joseph a couple of months ago a 1...

Congratulations on your first purchase... unless you rescinded..in which case congratulations on your first recision... To be honest I can only speak from my own experience, and that is that my lawyer pretty much reviewed my contract, talked to me about it, and handed it back to me with a...

Trinity Lofts - Is this worth the price?

I really like the area but I am not sure about his particular project. I think the building is ok but seems to be over priced for the finishes, amenities, and out door space. I went to the Corktown phase I open houses and the units were ok. You should look at some of their other projects...

    Toronto Art Condos | ?m | 11s | Triangle West | Oleson Worland

An Art Condo thread... Woot. Well I bought one of the 2 bedroom units. Like the building and area. Am liking the marketing of the property with the blog. The sales centre is closed so lets hope that they start the demo soon! It would have been neat if they could have preserved the original...

    The Ninety vs. Trinity Lofts

You should think about going to see some of the projects by each builder... compare corktown to glas and east... I felt that the ninety has a more polished feel/look. Alot of the units at trinity have no outdoor space which was a no for me... I bought at the ninety because I like the mix...
